Licensing & Usage Terms

1. Standard Commercial License

When you purchase a digital embroidery file from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design.

2. Permitted Uses

• You may stitch the design onto physical items for personal use.
• You may stitch the design onto physical items (such as clothing, bags, or gifts) to sell commercially in your boutique or online store (up to 500 physical units per design).

3. Prohibited Uses

• You may NOT resell, share, trade, or distribute the digital file in any format.
• You may NOT alter the digital file and claim it as your own work.
• You may NOT use the design for mass production (over 500 units) without a separate Extended License.
